Alerting with mpro

When a user receives the job invite they either have to accept or decline. Upon declining, a valid reason has to be entered. If this is the case, head-office staff alerted immediately so that the job can be scheduled out to a different user.

Reporting with mpro

Upon completion of an audit or job you will be alerted immediately via an email or text. Furthermore, web-based reports are available to you from your custom-made website.

Automatic data synchronisation with main server

All data and information captured on each user’s device automatically and wirelessly synchronises back to the main server, where it is stored.  In areas of little or no mobile coverage, data is saved to the device until the coverage is restored. The data is then automatically pushed out again to the main server.
