Mobilisation of your paper forms into a customised Smartphone App:
We will convert your paper forms into a customised App, install it onto your choice of Smartphone or pda, ready for your staff to complete on the job while out in the field.
Before and After photo capture – which acts as proof of work completed by your staff, and barcode scanning of customer signatures – which acts as proof of customer sign-off, can be integrated within our applications. These can also have a GPS date and time stamp associated with them.
Job scheduling with mpro
We also create a unique website for your organisation, hosted in the cloud by crimson tide. From this website you can schedule out jobs to the smartphones or pdas of your staff who are working out in the field.
Integration of GPS tracking
GPS tracking enables head office staff to keep track of the location of each driver so that new jobs can be allocated based on proximity as well as allowing the ability for routes to be planned. The GPS date and time stamp associated with the customer signature (after delivery has occurred) can be used as proof of delivery.
Alerting with mpro
Staff will receive the job alert and have the option to accept or decline. If they decline, a valid reason has to be entered. If this is the case, you’ll be alerted immediately via email or text, enabling you to schedule the job to a different user.
Reporting with mpro
Upon completion of an audit or job you will be alerted immediately via an email or text. Furthermore, web-based reports are available to you from your custom-made website.
Automatic data synchronisation with main server
All data and information captured on each user’s device automatically and wirelessly synchronises back to the main server, where it is stored. In areas of little or no mobile coverage, data is saved to the device until the coverage is restored. The data is then automatically pushed out again to the main server.
